Feb 2007 Waitlisted for balcony~what are our chances?

We never seem able to book a cruise or any vacation too far in advance. Our last cruise we booked on a Thursday night and left Saturday morning(flying from ORD to San Juan)!

I thought I was doing good when I tried to book the PG for Feb 2007 last week. No balconies are open for the last two weeks of Feb. We have never cruised without, and don't want to start in Tahiti. We have no deposit down, but was told we are on a list if a baclony becomes available.

What are our chances?

As it is past the final payment date, the chances are not good. The only way you might receive a balcony is a last minute cancellation (illness, etc.) or someone upgraded to a higher category...but most all of them are similarly sold out.

I took a look to see what might be available and if I was to bet on this long shot I would look at the Feb 24th cruise over the Feb 17th one. JMO.

Good luck.
