Can someone tell me where the airport is in relation to the cruise terminal that HAL uses in Rotterdam. How long does it take to get to the terminal from the airport and do you have a hotel suggestion for a pre cruise stay in July 07.

Can someone tell me where the airport is in relation to the cruise terminal that HAL uses in Rotterdam. How long does it take to get to the terminal from the airport and do you have a hotel suggestion for a pre cruise stay in July 07.

Rotterdam airport is situated just outside north of the city, into the direction of Delft.

Public transport is poor from the airport, but cabs are available.

 

Rotterdam has just a few flights a day, major flights go to Amsterdam airport.

Regarding hotels in Rtm:|

Hotel New York http://www.hotelnewyork.nl/ is next to the cruise terminal. It used to be HAL headoffice in the old days.
