Paul Gauguin History

Can anyone tell me when the Paul Gauguin was purchased by Grand Circle Corp and its partners. Also, was the seller the original owner, Societe Services et Transport ?

I realize this is kind of arcane and esoteric, but would appreciate any info members could provide for my research.

Thanks.

Paul Gauguin was built in St Nazaire in 1997. She is 19170 gross tons, 156 metres long and carries 320 passengers. Ordered by Services et Transports Tahiti, she was to have been named Tahiti Nui, with hotels management by Radisson Seven Seas. However, upon completion Seven Seas operated her under lease in French Polynesia. Ownership changed in in 2005, but she has continued in service with Seven Seas.
