How to find out if there's a party?

Does anyone know how you'd find out if there will be a theme party on a certain cruise? I will be sailing on the 01/18/06 Fantasy out of New Orleans and that is only about 2-3 weeks before Mardi Gras so I was just wondering if there might be a mardi gras party on the ship. Do you know if the PVPs know this info? I might just call and ask I guess.
