World cruise on Oceania - if I'm going to be gone that long, I really don't want to pack formal wear!

My dream cruise was Australia/New Zealand and I got to do that two years ago. Now I would be happy with a 10-day cruise to nowhere as long as it was warm and sunny every day and I have a private verandah there will be smiles all around.

Wow - Australia/New Zealand sounds like a GREAT cruise!! Will have to put that on my "some day" list. :)

 

And a question - what is a verandah? I've seen this on several posts. Is it just like a balcony?

That sounds good to me!

 

My dream cruise would actually be a chartered yacht with a few friends. Our own captain, cook and steward. Go where you want, away from the large cruise ships and anchor in small bays. Eat gourmet food, that is prepared for you and not even have to put on any long pants, dresses or wear makeup for a week or two!
