Hacienda Tijax in Guatemala?

Has anyone been on the HAL Hacienda Tijax Eco Adventure tour in Guatemala? Trying to decide between it and the Quirigua ruins - leaving in a week.

 

How was the trail and how hard was it to cross the cable bridges? Did you take any of the options like the kayaking and how much extra did it cost? Were there a lot of mosquitoes? Any advice is appreciated.
