Does anyone have a fax number to use so I can request an egg crate mattress before our trip on the Crown?

Its 1-661-284-4745. Just sent my letter yesterday, do not expect a response. Have done this before, egg grate was in the room as requested. Have a great cruise.

I used it for the Caribbean Princess last year and Sea Princess Jan. 6 2007. It supposed to cover all of the cruises.

I used a different number 661-284-4770 to fax a request for an egg crate mattress for the Tahitian Princess. I did this about a month ahead of time and I included my email address on the fax. I got a confirmation via email that would get one. It was already on the bed when we arrived.
