Splendour Grand Suite V Balcony?

Have seen the pix on the website of the Grand Suites, and I am sure these suites look larger on the website than they actually are! A bit concerned as I've booked one of these for my brother, his wife, and 2 children (age 6 & 2) and want to be sure that it will be big enough. Also are there any special perks for having a Grand Suite on Splendour of the Seas, I have only booked balcony cabins before. Are the Grand Suites worth the money? What extras do you get. ALSO - do you have to pay for room service? As much info as poss would be appreciated. Thank you. Gail
