Wine with dinner

Since my hubby doesn't drink, and I do not plan to be blotto every night at dinner, will Carnival allow me to purchase a bottle of wine with dinner in the dining room and have it recorked and brought back to our table the next night as well? I drink red, so refrigeration isn't an issue.

We drink chardonnay. A few times we did not finish a bottle and the next night it was on our table, at the proper temperature, when we arrived.
