Onboard Duty Free alcohol Price List?

Help! I seem to remember someone in the past two months or so posting a copy of the onboard duty free alcohol price list? I thought it was tacked to someone's posting of a bar setup.

 

I've tried the search engine for the last hour or so to no avail--- can anyone help me out on this one! (living in PA, buying it onboard saves SO much!)
