Fort Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miama Transfer/Taxi/Shuttle

What is the most affordable way to transfer from FLL airport to the Port of Miami? There will be 5 of us.

 

Any suggestions/experiences welcome.

Usually the most affordable way is the Tri-County Airport Express Shuttle at $18 per person. For five of you that would work out to $90. Their private car service only works for up to 4 passengers for $64, their private van service for up to 11 passengers is $128 to port of Miami. Not much help except to say if you can do better then the $90 you've found an good deal. Chances are a mini-van type taxi (plenty at FLL) would be an economical choice. They're metered and typically run between $70- $80 to the port of Miami. ;)

Why not just get the transfers that NCL sells they are $40.00 pp for both ways.
