Beach

That depends on your definition of a "good" beach. Five minutes (or less) walking puts you on the beach. When you leave the port area, the bay is on your right. Walk that way, and you will see an opening in the fence. I don't remember what resort is right there. Anyway, walk through that opening and either walk through one of the resorts to the beach, or continue walking down the road to the public access. Sometimes this beach is great for swimming, sometimes too rough. There can be quite an undertow at times. If all you want is to relax and soak up some sun, this is a great beach. There are lots of activities available--fun to watch even if you don't want to participate. A few weeks ago we watched locals diving for oysters and fishing with handlines from shore.

Are you participating in any excursions? Many of them include beach time.
