NCL Service? Just got a bad taste

That's not totally true. We pre-ordered a 3 liter bottle of Grand Marnier for our cabin, billed directly in advance to our credit card/not our onboard account.

 

And that would have done by a Passenger Courtesy Rep (Bar setup) not by a regular customer service rep.

You will never get a CS rep to take a bar setup order. That is only done as a courtesy by the ship coordinators.

Thanks for clarifying that, Shoreguy. When our PCC transferred me, I guess I assumed it was a C/S Rep. My bad!
