what are they and where do i find them on the cruise site???

They are earned with each cruise. You can join Crown and Anchor after (or during?) your first cruise with RCI.

 

There are levels of benefits depending on how many credits you've earned. Look up Crown and Anchor on the RCI site.

One credit for a purchased cruise 3-11 nights. One extra credit for 12 nights or longer.

One extra credit for sailing in a suite (after Jan. 1, 2004)

Maximum credits for one cruise = 3

Platinum level reached after 5 completed cruise credits

Diamond after 10, Diamond Plus after 24

I believe each higher level includes all benefits of previous lower levels. (example, platinum gets all gold benefits plus the platinum benefits)
