tennislove Posted January 2, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 2, 2007 We have cruised several times with Celebrity and are taking our first RC cruise in Feb. How do we make sure the credits combine for the Loyalty Clubs.
Pumbaamd Posted January 2, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 2, 2007 Did you book with a TA? Have them do it for you. Did you book direct with RCL or X? Call C&A at (800) 526-9723.
negc Posted January 2, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 2, 2007 You can't combine your cruise credits, but you will be recognized as being at the highest level of whichever line you have the most cruises on. If you are Diamond or Diamond plus on Royal Caribbean, you qualify for the highest level of Captain's Club membership. Call the loyalty department of the line you will be sailing on and register for their program, they will give you a membership number and advise you as to what level of membership you qualify for. We will be going on our first Celebrity cruise next fall, but because of our Crown and Anchor membership status we will be at the highest level of the Captain's Club program.:)
AFT_LOVER Posted January 2, 2007 #4 Share Posted January 2, 2007 RCCL Crown & Anchor is seperate from Celebrity's Captain's Club. If you are SELECT on Celebrity, then you are PLATINUM on RCCL. If you are ELITE on Celebrity then you are DIAMOND on RCCL. But your first cruise will be your first cruise credits with RCCL.

barbarah33 Posted January 2, 2007 #6 Share Posted January 2, 2007 Call the Crown and Anchor Society or the Captain's Club - they are two different phone numbers but ring in the same place. Have your current member number ready and your reservation number for your upcoming cruise and they will make sure you are all set. If you booked through a TA he/she can also do this for you.
