No new cruise lines from New Orleans?

Help,I really like cruising outta New Orleans,but there don't seem to be any new cruise lines outta New Orleans. Also it looks like RCCL is leaving and so is Princess. NCL will stay but is taking the Sun and replacing it with the Spirit or Dawn and Carnival will have Fantasy and Triumph. Do you all know if any others will be in New Orleans in latter part of 2007 or 2008. We have that new terminal and it seems a shame that everyone is pulling out. Thanks in advance

I do think Katrina chased some people (along with some of the cruise lines) off maybe. We'll be there the end of September I hope. We have reservations for a hotel for 6 nights pre-cruise and then board Fantasy for 5 nights. It's something I'm really looking forward to, and I'm sure the ships will return to NOLA.

For us the problem is air fare. We were looking to go on a cruise 2/4 but, the air to NO is to much. So we picked Houston. If I could get there, I'd go there.
