Channels on cabin TV

I know I have seen this discussed before, but the search won't use the word TV, so I will ask it again. The presidential and VP debates will be held while we are on our cruise and I would really like to watch them. (yes, yes, I know I am on a cruise and should be relaxing without TV and blah blah blah). Does anyone know if regular network channels or MSNBC is available on the Victory? Even if we are out to sea?

I was on the Victory last Christmas and we got ABC, CBS, NBC. Hope that answers your question.
