Opera's 2007 obstructed oceanview cabin

Rec'd its new brochure to learn that this year on the Regoletto deck, only 10 (out of 32) are assigned with cabin number. Are the rest being reserved for staffs only? The 7103 seems has no tender boat in front. How accurate is this? And how is this aft obstructed oceanview cabin (either 7185 or 7178) placed out? The size seems a bit bigger than 7103 but with the window facing the open deck, is privacy a concern? Thanks for sharing your insight to this in advance. Louis
