Rental Car Returns at Port - Possible if so which companies

Just wondering what if they do have rental car companies at the port

It depends on which port? I know FLL car rental companies transport you to the pier and pick you up ( airport and pier very close). I also know that in Miami a few pick you up- Alamo does.

There are NO car rental agencies to pick up or drop off a rental car at Port Everglades or Port of Miami.
