Port of Houston pre-cruise hotel recommendations?

We are a large group (8 adults, 6 children, and an infant) cruising on the NCL Dream out of Houston on January 20th. We are flying in on the 19th and are looking for an hotel to stay in. We're hoping to find one that has a shuttle either from the airport or to the port. Thinking maybe the Comfort Inn in La Porte? Any suggestions? Also, any suggestions for insuring we get to eat together on the ship?

Comfort Inn apparently has a shuttle from the motel to the port, but I believe there is a charge for it. If you want to know for sure, I would suggest you call the place. I do not believe they have a shuttle to the airport (either one). There are complimentary shuttles from the airports to motels, but usually those motels are fairly close to the airport. Maybe someone knows of a motel that does both airport and port. That would be ideal.

That's WOULD be ideal. Does anyone know of a hotel in Houston that has a shuttle from the airport (IAH) and to the port?
