Can't make a tour decision for Costa Rica

Hi,

 

In March we will visit Puerto Limon and I'm looking for a shipsponsored tour (Royal Caribbean). Unfortunately the combi tour Aerial Tram & Canals is not available anymore.

 

I want to make some beautiful pictures and hope to see some wildlife.

 

I picked these 3 tours and hope someone will tell me more about the kayaking tour. There is minimal information about this tour. But I'm interested also in the other 2 tours.

- Kayaking the canals

- canals by boat (including banana plantation?)

- train, bus, boat tour

Sheik, are any of the above tours that go to canals at Tortugero NP? I am thinking the canal by boat may be. If it is you should see some great wildlife, we were there a few years ago and saw a flock of toucans, caimans, howler monkeys, white faced monkeys, sloths, and about 20 different varieties of birds! It is a long drive to Tortugero but the countryside in Costa Rica was really beautiful and you will have a good opportunity for lots of pictures.
