Stingray City and Island Tour- Advice needed

Just wanted to get some final input before I book. We are scheduled to be in Grand Cayman on May 28, 2007. I am planning on booking the Stingray City snorkel and Island tour with Captain Marvin's starting at 8:30 am. Our ship is only in port from 7 am to 2 pm. Am I pushing it or will we have enough time? Really don't want to be late and get left in port.:eek:
