Studio-Appartment SA6 Question

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have a question but I don't know if someone would have the answer. If we ever buy a 1 bedroom studio-appartment (SA6), would we be allowed to have 2 other people as guests when we want to (there are some dashlines on the floorplan that keep me think the living room sofa is a sofa bed. There is also 2 bathrooms, 1 full + 1 with shower only).

I don't know since the documentation states that 2 guests per bedroom are allowed in appartments and this is only a one bedroom studio-appartment but if there is a sofa-bed and 2 bathrooms, it would be large enough for us when no guests are with us and would also be OK when we have guests with us. The larger appartments are very expensive and we don't really need all the space, I don't think we would live there full-time but probably a couple of months per year for the first years and then stay there for longer periods of time when we grow older.
