Spirit 1-10-07 Leave Tomorrow!!

We are a couple in our 50's and our cruise leaves day after tomorrow to Acapulco for 8 days. Yahoo!! We are traveling with another couple. Any last minute advice? I've been reading on the boards and the reviews. Has anyone been on the Spirit in past few weeks and how was everything? Any great things you need to tell me about the ports? What was your favorite food? How was the entertainment? Whats a "do not miss". I will only be looking once more on line tomorrow morning as we leave in the afternoon! Thanks for any help! This is our 4th cruise.
