Sailing in May 07,,,,need passport, someone help,,,,thanks.....:)

I do not understand the question. The instructions for getting a passport can be found on the U.S. Immigration Dept. website, along with a list of requirements and locations.

NO you will not need a passport for your cruise. As of now you will not need one until 2008 to return to the US via cruise ship. However, you will need one after 1/23/07 to return to the US via air.

If you can get one though, just do it.

You will need an Original or raised seal certified copy of your Birth Certificate.

Click Here for a link to RCCL's web page regarding passports.

If I read it correctly, they are not required but

Royal Caribbean International strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport during their cruise. This greatly assists guests who may need to fly out of the United States to meet their ship at the next available port should they miss their scheduled embarkation in a U.S. port; guests entering the U.S. at the end of their cruise; and guests needing to fly to the U.S. before their cruise ends, because of medical, family, personal or business emergencies, missing a ship's departure from a port of call, involuntary disembarkation from a ship due to misconduct, or other reasons.

Guests who cruise just prior to or after January 23, 2007, who need to fly to the United States before their cruise ends will likely experience significant delays and complications related to booking airline tickets and entering the United States if they do not have a valid U.S. passport with them.

I agree with Melissa.

Most lines even now require that a passport NOT rexpire with 6 months of your trip in case of extended stay of an emergency.

Should something unexpected come up and the situations requires you to fly back to the US, Unfortunately you would not be allowed to return, and may be held up in immigration for who knows how long.

We have had good results when getting passports and when renewing them. Your daughter should have plenty of time. Truthfully, we find that we take our passports with us whenever we travel and they make the best IDs. Easy to do and last a long time. All of our kids and grandkids have them now so we can travel anywhere without having to worry about who does and who doesn't.
