Has anyone visited this place on their own? The tickets are $20 and can be booked at their website http://www.ardastra.com but would like personal opinions from people who have experienced this place.

Hi Tom,

Haven't been there but was doing some research. I'll be in Nassau on Mariner of the Seas in September. I e-mailed them with questions. Not sure if this applies to ALL ships or only because I'm coming in on RCCL. I asked about times for the Free Shuttle in that $20 deal....here's the reply I got:

"Unfortunately, our bus does not have the contract to pick up passengers off
of the dock. However, RCCL offers an Ardastra Gardens/City Tour. Check with
your Shore Excursion Manager for details. If you want to come on your own,
you can arrive via taxi or the #10 jitney bus. Admission is $12.00 for adults and $6.00 for children 4-12 years"

If the ship you are arriving on has its own Tour, the same may apply.
