Portofino reservations

Cruising on Explorer in November and wondered if these reservations can be made before sailing like Celebrity's speciality restaurants. Thanks

Not right now, as you board the ship you can go to or call Portofino and make your reservation. Maybe RCI will come up with that feature in the future. You will enjoy Portofino. We ate there last October.

If you make the reservation when you will not have a problem getting the one you want.

 

They usually start to get tight a day or so into the week. We were able to make one for the same day on the Jewel last year. You would be surprised how many people don't use the specialty restaurants.

You have to make the reservations onboard. Portofinos is the first place we head to after we drop off our bags - usually a line of people making reservations. I'd just plan on doing making your reservation soon after getting on the ship.
