Princess PV Excursion: Yelapa & Majahuita

While I have never cruised into PV, I've been there many times. The trip to Yelapa is well worth it.

Our preferred way of going is to take a bus or cab to Boca De Tomatlan and then take a water taxi to Yelapa. There is a great little restaurant/hut on the beach where you can watch the supply boats heading out. They even have to ship the ice. The restaurant doesn't look like much, but I had a great meal there.

This would be slower than taking a small party boat from the Marina, you'd get a nice tour of PV and the bus trip is exciting as heck on that narrow highway out of town.

I notice that myself. Oh well . . .

I did some further research on the excursion to Yelapa. Those on tripadvisor.com seemed to like it very much. Now I need to see if my husband and daughters are, too!
