Has anyone ever bought a cruise pin on ebay? If they say that the stones are diamonds and they are not, would you have a hard time getting your money back? I saw one that is for a diamond member and it stated that there were 3 diamonds in it.

Yes, you will have a hard time getting your money back. Unless of course you use a credit card, then you can file a dispute.

 

Filing a claim will not work with paypal...by the time they follow it up after warning the seller of the charges against them, the seller will clean out their paypal account.

 

And if you haven't paid more than $25 for the item, ebay will say too bad...they don't get involved in disputes of less than that value.

 

I know. It happened to me. Not with a fake diamond cruise line pin but with something else.
