I am sailing on the Carnival Victory to St. John and Halfax on June 28, and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any decent diving in these location?

check at scubaboard.com The section for Canada is a ways down. It is under the scubaboard clubs, Canuck divers.

Be prepared for cold water. Usually divers in that part of the world wear dry suits.
