Restaurant Recommendations?

We'll be taking our first cruise in June. When I travel, I always like to find the good local restaurants. Does anyone have recommendations for Juneau, Skagway, and Ketchikan? I'm not looking for any particular type of cuisine, just what others think is good....

You definately want to eat at the Twisted Fish Company located by the Mount Roberts Tramway Terminal. They offer all types of fare. Another local favorite is the Hangar on the Wharf (near the Wings Airways dock) on the waterfront. Although, these restaurants are owned by the same people, they are very different.
