when to buy insurance

Recommended Posts

If you want the insurance to cover pre-exisiting conditions for you, your traveling partners or even a loved one that is at home, buy your insurance now.

If you don't purchase it within the limited days (usually 7-14) after booking, it will not cover any pre-existing conditions. That includes someone in your family, say an elderly mother, father or grandparent, that has had a condition that might warrant you cancelling your cruise. This is also pre-existing and you would have to have that pre-existing clause in there for it to cover a cancellation of your cruise. Looking at www.insuremytrip.com is a great place to start.
