Embassy Suites-Miami Airport

It wasn't as good as most of the Embassy Suites that we stayed in. Rooms looked a bit tired but I think they were renovating.

Do not eat at their restaurant. It was terrible and overpriced. Most Embassy Suites have much better restuarants. Talk to the conceirge and get his recommendations. He had recommended an Italian restaurant that had a limo that picked you up. Sounded very nice. Also the concierge books a van to the ship which was about $10 per person. Call him before you go and then reconfirm when you get there. The van was very prompt (in fact a few minutes early) and had room for us, our daughter and son-in-law and another Cruise Critic family and all our luggage. Very excellent service.

Thanks, Sherri. It sounds like we'll be fine there for one nightl We are staying one night post-cruise, have a rental car so will just check in after dinner, sleep, and catch our plane out first thing in the morning. I got it for $42, so can't complain about the price.

Now if December would just get here ..... I am ready for a cruise!;)
