NCL Dream - Cozumel arrival time

Ok so everytime I try to search for the answer the page goes super slow and won't load...so sorry if this has been asked a 1000 times....

 

What time does the Dream REALLY get to Cozumel? And what time have people been able to get off the ship without booking an excursion through the ship? I'm asking since the site ( http://www.travelnotes.cc/cruise/cozumel.php) that someone posted in another link says the Dream is scheduled to dock at 8:30am - not 10:30 like the itinerary says. If this is true... is it worth it for me to try to get off in Playa del Carmen instead and take the ferry over to Cozumel? Thanks!

Ok so apparently the Dream won't be docking in Playa del Carmen at all after 1/27/07...which is ok by me...I'd rather have the 2 extra hours in Cozumel... But now I'm really curious what time we could get off the ship without a booked excursion...
