Princess Transfers from IAH

We are booked on Princess transfers from IAH on the morning of our cruise. We arrive at the airport at 6am, but I know embarkation does not happen until 11-12ish. Has anyone else been in this situation? Did you have to wait a few hours before Princess came? Is there someone at least waiting at the baggage claim to greet you and then tell you that you have to wait?

Were in the same boat, no pun intended! We arrive at 6:00am this coming Saturday and were wondering the same thing. Are we going to have to wait around the airport for the shuttle? I do know there will be a Princess Representitive present. We booked our own flights and faxed them our flight information. We called Princess and they told us someone would be there. Hopefully someone can let us know when the shuttle leaves.
