Tender lift on NCL Star

Was wondering if anyone knows if NCL Star has a lift/elevator for someone in a wheelchair to get to the tender?... I was on the Star last September on the first Mexico cruise and I was able to walk down the stairs to the tenders while the crew carried my wheelchair but never thought to ask if there was an easier way. :rolleyes: Thanks.
