Our arrival time at MIA once off the ship

We got off the Carnival Triumph Jan 27th. We were at the airport at 9:30. It took us 50 minutes to get off the ship however. They held us at an escalator for about 20 minutes due to too many people at customs. I told Carnival that I had a flight at noon, but they didn't seem to care that we should get an early time to get off. We did the self embarkation. It started at 8:10 by floor number. They didnt use any particular order for floor numbers, it started with floors 12, 11 and 10. then 10 minutes later, it was floor 1 and 2. So we got off at this time even though we were on floor 8. No one checked to see which floor we were on. Airport security took all of 5 minutes max, no line for american airlines.

That's great! I still wouldn't recommend booking a flight before noon however, you never know from day to day.
