Shuttle from FLL Airport to Port Everglades (Alamo)

Hey guys,

 

I'll be heading down to Fort Lauderdale to board the Caribbean Princess on Feb 11th. We're flying in a day early for a pre-cruise stay and have arranged a car rental with Alamo.

 

So I'll pickup the car at the airport when we arrive. However my question is, on the day of the cruise I'll have to drive the rental back to Alamo's airport location; does anyone know if Alamo provides shuttle to Port Everglades? Trying to avoid the taxi fare :)

 

I read somewhere on the broward county website about a new Rental Center at the airport that provides shuttles to and from port everglades, and was just wondering if anyone has used this?

did that last year with thrifty...it got so screwed up . we picked it up from the wrong place,and the drop off didn;t shuttle to port. it was crazy this year flyin into fll. hotel sleep inn has a shuttle to pick you up at airport and takes you to the port for free i only paid 99.00 for the hotel for april27 07 breakfast and shuttle included in the price:cool:
