accessible private day charter?

Does it even exist? We are looking for a private boat to take us out so that my husband and daughter can snorkel and my parents can relax in the shade. I CANNOT FIND ONE boat in St. Maarten, St. Thomas, or Barbados. My father can transfer out of his chair to get on the boat and get settled.

 

Anyone????
