Which airport for Galveston cruise? Shuttle?

Cruising out of Galveston in April, I was wondering, Were should we fly into. Is Houston are best bet. Also are there shuttles out of Houston to the ship?

You should fly into Hobby Airport and yes they have shuttles into Galveston...Hobby is the closest airport. The further airport is Houston Intercontinental (George Bush)...

Hobby by all means, it is located on the south side of Houston and your travel time to Galveston is about 45 min. depending on traffic. IAH (Bush) is located on the north side of Houston and travel time to Galveston is about an hour and a half depending on traffic.
