Ocean to Ocean or other question?

Does the train tour let you see the Pacific Ocean? Do you also visit the canal museum?

We took the train three years ago. We saw the Pacific Ocean (by bus) but you can't see it from the train. They changed the itinerary on our tour and we didn't go to the locks. We drove through the Canal Zone which was interesting for the first ten minutes but the next hour dragged on.

 

The train has been beautifully refurbished with lovely wood panelling and leather seats. The train part was really good, the rest of the tour needed improvement. Hopefully that has happened.
