We sailed Splendour and had an aft balcony. It was bigger than the usual balcony, but it didn't directly overlook the ocean. I didn't take a picture of the balcony, just some from the pier. (Check my Costa Maya pictures.) I have a picture of the superstructure that is there in my GC pictures.

We were in an aft junior suite 8082 on Splendour last October. Hopefully the link to our cabin pics below will work(haven't tried this before).

It was our first aft balcony and we're definitely addicted now, we've even managed to swop to an aft balcony on our upcoming X cruise.
