Car Rental Honolulu

When I checked the prices for car rental for one day in Honolulu in May, the city locations were about twice as expensive as the airport locations.

 

Can anyone confirm which companies run shuttles from the Aloha Cruise Ship Terminal to the airport locations and back to pick up your rental car?

I spoke to a rep. at the Budget HNL counter who told me they have a shuttle running on a test basis and to call closer to our sail date (April) to make sure it is still available.
