Celebrity's Panama City by Coach tour

Has anyone taken this eight hour tour from Colon, Panama? We've been through the canal twice but Colon is a port on our cruise next month and we're looking for something different to do. The tour is supposed to go to Panama City and the old colonial city. It is worth the time or should we just stay onboard? Any firsthand info would be appreciated. Thanks.
