So, we may try the water taxi in Belize to Caye Caulker, but what do you do in Roatan? Is Salt and Pepper a good place?

We did Salt and Pepper with our 18 month old last year. She did find. If you do decide to go there-go to the beach area before eating and stake out a good place. There was a tree that we were able to get under and I laid down a big sheet and brought toys. Spray bug spray even if you do not feel them or see them. They are there! You will notice the bites in a few hours!! The nice thing was that when we were ready to go back to the ship they took us immediately. We went back, cleaned up and went to the observation deck to view the beautiful sunset and then went to dinner. It was perfect!
