Opinion re South America ports

We are considering a South America cruise from Buenos Aires to Santiago on either Princess (12 nights) or Celebrity (15 nights). Both begin and end in the same ports and include Montevideo, Tierra del Fuego, Punta Arena and Puerto Montt. However, Celebrity also includes Punta del Este, Puerto Madryn and La Serena while Princess includes the Falkland Islands. We are leaning toward Celebrity but wonder if there is anything wonderful in the Falklands that we would miss. I was looking through the posts for this port and couldn't find anything good at all. Seems like most posts mentioned that they had to abort the port due to rough seas.

I would appreciate any input anyone has on the Falklands - pro and con.

Thanks,

Phyllis
