EDoc ?

I just got my Edocs :) but have a question if we are supposed to have an onboard credit would it be displayed on the Edoc and if so where? If not who do I call?

usually it is not on the docs we had one and it showed up on our onboard account the second night of the trip.

Last year on the Sun our on board credits were in our cabin upon arrival. They were a little slip of paper stating the amount of ur credit.

 

We're on the March 5 sailing on the POH and I requested an e-mail of some OBC I have just because I had read of some problems with existing credits through NCL. It took me three tries to get someone that finally e-mailed me the informtion but I finally got it.
