I'm sailing on the Valor 1 April 2007. Please answer if you can...

 

1) What nights are the formal nights on this itinerary?

 

2) How early or late can one book for reservations at Scarletts? I'm referring to time...I know enough to make reservations upon embarkation...but what are the earliest and latest times in the evening that you can be seated??

I can only answer one of your questions and that is the formal nights are Monday and Thursday for the Western Itinerary...
