I'm sailing on the Valor 1 April 2007. Please answer if you can...

 

1) What nights are the formal nights on this itinerary?

 

2) How early or late can one book for reservations at Scarletts? I'm referring to time...I know enough to make reservations upon embarkation...but what are the earliest and latest times in the evening that you can be seated??

When I went in Sept the formal nights were Mon and Fri. I didn't go to Scarlett's so I can't help ya there.

We were on the Valor for 2 weeks in December and boat was 100% full but any time I looked in on Scarletts they were not busy. I suggest you book same day as you want to dine. We dined in Lincoln Dining Room for two weeks and it was so good that we did not even want to try Scarletts:) :)
