Cutting it too close?

My sister and BIL are joining us on a cruise next month. Since they waited too long to book air and it's Easter week, the prices are very high. They found something in their price range that departs FLL at 12:50 (our ship debarks in Miami). Do you think that's cutting it too close?

It should be fine, but that also depends on the day they are departing. Weekends the airport is much busier, so you need to be prepared. If they are worried that they may be pushing it, have them arrange car service or use a cab. Last summer I flew out on a Saturday from FLL, cruised from Miami, flight was at 12:15. I took the shuttle from the ship, and arrived at FLL in plenty of time, and was through security within minutes. I was also traveling alone, and did not have to worry about anything else. Hope it helps!
